Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping on all orders containing 4 or more different items (excludes NT and WA, and does not apply to equipment or stools). All parcels are delivered Australia-wide via our courier service, with receipted delivery requiring a signature on receipt of goods. Delivery costs are calculated automatically and displayed on your order before checkout. We aim to deliver next business day to metropolitan Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, and Brisbane, and within 2–3 business days to all other areas. Please note: we do not accept international orders through our website.
Pricing Policy
All prices on the Adam Dental website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Returns & Exchanges
Change of Mind Returns
To request a change of mind return, please call us on 1300 449 262 for authorisation. All return requests must be authorised within 14 working days of purchase. Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original, unmarked packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
No Returns Products
Some high-demand items are marked as No Returns to ensure fair access during periods of shortage or limited supply. Please choose carefully, as these items cannot be returned.
Special Order Products
Special Order items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
Faulty or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is faulty, defective, or not as described, please contact our customer service team within 14 working days of purchase on 1300 449 262 or email save@adamdental.com.au for further instructions.
